For the record, Cyntact was testing "sell something", Voicemail Forwarder was testing "sell something else using stored purchase details", and iWipe is now testing "sell something I can't do support for" (Okori gave me access to their support inbox so I could directly cherrypick purchase complaints: Cydia now lets me interpose a webpage).
